1) The referral

- fill in the consent form (found here)
2) The consultation
Once you have filled in the contact form requesting an appointment (Patient Enquiry form), you will be on the right track to gaining access to medicinal cannabis.
The process typically follows:
- Phone interview
- Initial consultation
- TGA approval request
- Follow-up consultation
3) The prescription
Once approved, the doctor will write up a prescription for the recommended medical cannabis treatment.
The pharmacy will order the product from the supplier, and the medicinal cannabis will be posted to you.
